My baking journey began with the sweetest inspiration – my first son’s birthday cakes. From that moment, I fell head over heels for the art of baking. As a mom of three boys, I embarked on a quest to provide healthier alternatives, leading me to the world of crafting artisanal bread.

Years ago, I started baking bread for my family, and what began as a pursuit for wholesome goodness turned into a full-blown obsession. 

 

When I’m not in the kitchen, you’ll find me at jiu-jitsu, either rolling on the mats or proudly watching my boys excel in the sport.
