Pro Tips for Storing, Freezing, and Reheating Your Sourdough:
• Storing: Keep your sourdough fresh by storing it in a paper bag or loosely wrapped in a tea towel for up to 2 days. Avoid plastic—it makes the crust soggy!
• Freezing: Slice your loaf before freezing for easy grab-and-go pieces. Wrap it tightly in aluminum foil or place it in an airtight bag. It’ll stay delicious for up to 3 months!
• Reheating: Simply spritz your sourdough with a little water or run it quickly under the tap, then pop it in the oven at 400°F for about 5-10 minutes. It’ll crisp up just like new!
